Following the upsurge of Covid-19 infections and the rising number of deaths in Uganda, many businesses and the general livelihood of Ugandans were negatively impacted. Consequently, a Presidential Press Address with additional directives was issued 6th June 2021. The President instructed that offices country wide scale down operations to 30% physical presence for 42 days with effect from 7th June 2021.
